Q's & A's about coiling and processed metals
- What kinds of configurations can you handle for wire coiling?
- Our wire coiling techniques respond to various kinds of configurations, including single coil, double coil, filament with gap, and close coil. In addition to configuration, ask us about varying sizes and possible applications to springs.
- What is the smallest wire diameter you can handle? How about materials?
- We can process coils with a wire diameter of 7 m (0.007 mm) to 0.7 mm (record values). Materials that can be processed include W, Mo, Ti, and Pt.
- Is laser welding possible for any type of metal material?
- The YAG laser machine we use is not perfectly okay for copper, brass, and other metals. Still, we are proud of our techniques that make it possible to weld those types of metals properly. We will also meet a variety of shapes, including flat sheet, pipe, and bar.
- How big is the size of the welded parts?
- Our welding techniques can cope with sizes of microns. The laser beam spot diameter can be narrowed down to a minimum size of f0.9 mm on the optics system of the output unit.
- How long will it take you to deliver a prototype from order placement?
- We try hard to meet even short delivery requirements, but it will take one week to one month, depending on the specific details of the prototype. We will give you the exact delivery time when we make the contract.
