Heat Treatment
High-Temperature Heat Treatment Enhances Value
At MITSUWA, we utilize hydrogen treatment furnaces and vacuum treatment furnaces
to conduct high-temperature heat treatment of various metals and components.
We can perform degassing, bright annealing, and stress relief within metals, tailored to the specific needs.
Continuous Heat Treatment and Batch Heat Treatment for Coils
Continuous Heat Treatment (Running Annealing)
Tungsten coils are continuously wound around molybdenum or other core wires during the coiling process and wound onto bobbins. The bobbins are then automatically transferred to spools, passing through a high-temperature hydrogen furnace for annealing, which removes the stress from the coiling process. Sometimes, the products can span tens of kilometers, requiring heat treatment over several tens of hours. Besides coils, long wires can also be treated.
Batch Heat Treatment (Boat Annealing)
The tungsten coil cut to a predetermined length is subjected to batch heat treatment (boat annealing), through which its shape is stabilized and strain is removed to achieve high quality. Parts of various kinds are also heat-treated, in addition to the tungsten coil.
Heat Treatment for Product Shapes
We specialize in heat treating various electronic components, including tungsten parts and filaments, through hydrogen annealing for reduction and vacuum processing for degassing. We offer optimal solutions for your heat treatment needs. Please feel free to contact us.
