Fundraising

Participation in Local Fundraising Activities
Both our head office and Mobara Factory participate in local fundraising activities organized by the Chiba Prefecture Joint Fundraising Association and others. Funds raised are utilized for social contributions, including maintenance expenses for welfare facilities and equipment operated by welfare organizations that operate across the prefecture.

Every October (since 2010): Central Community Chest of Japan ¥500
Every December: ¥300
Every December (since 2011): Chiba Prefecture Joint Fundraising Association ¥10,000

Social Studies Factory Tours

As part of social studies field trips for nearby elementary schools, we host factory tours to introduce the types of manufacturing companies in the area and to convey the enjoyment of manufacturing to the local community.

Since 2011:
Gotenyama Elementary School: Once a year
Shinagawa Gakuen: Once a year
Ito Gakuen: Once a year

PET Bottle Cap Recycling

We are engaged in a movement to collect and separate PET bottle caps. The collected caps are purchased by recycling companies through the Eco-Cap Promotion Association, an NPO, contributing to reducing CO2 emissions through recycling and environmental conservation.

As of October 31, 2018, a total of 31,916 caps have been collected.

Participation in Local Cleanup Activities

Every month, at the beginning of the month, all employees participate in community cleanup activities. Both our head office and Mobara Factory conduct litter picking within a few hundred meters around the company premises.
