High-Speed Cutting Method
Our unique fully automatic coil cutting machine makes it possible to cut coils, bars, and other materials at high speeds and with high precision.
Our proprietary fully automated coil cutting machine enables high-speed, high-precision cutting of coils and rods. It can cut up to 20 pieces per second (coils approximately 3-15mm in length). Although primarily used for filaments, it can also handle ultra-thin wire cutting.
Other Cutting Methods
Using grinding wheels and other tools, this method offers excellent dimensional accuracy, making it ideal for precision components.
High-hardness materials such as tungsten can also be cut. Also suitable for micro-products like coils used in discharge electrodes Can accommodate everything from small batches to mass production.
