Filaments for Halogen Heaters
Filaments for Kanthal Heaters
These are ring-anchor filaments used in industrial halogen lamps, which serve as heat sources in plastic molding and LCD panel manufacturing. The materials used are doped tungsten and special tungsten for halogen with excellent properties such as earthquake resistance, anti-blackening, and non-sagging. The wire diameter can range from approximately φ0.1 to φ0.8 mm, and the outer diameter can range from approximately φ0.5 to φ5 mm. Using our halogen heater technology, we can also create Kanthal heaters. We can coil wires with a diameter ranging from φ0.3 to 1.3 mm. Please consult us regarding other materials as well.
Filaments for Sensors
In addition to coiling sensor filaments, we can also handle welding or brazing the finished coils between posts. We can work with various coil materials, from tungsten to precious metals.
