Mitsuwa Electric Co., Ltd. including group companies (hereinafter referred to as "we") is committed to complying and meeting the expectations of its stakeholders and customers, by upholding and conducting business in compliance with the laws of the countries and regions of operation.
Any actions found that violate the policies declared below, either by the company or its employees, will be addressed in accordance with legal and internal standards.

・We pay sufficient attention to the safety of employees as well as visitors, delivery personnel, repair workers, and others who enter the workplace.

Privacy Policy

Mitsuwa Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"), which responds to microfabrication technologies such as tungsten processing and tungsten electrodes, fully recognizes the social mission of protecting all personal information handled by our site in the course of our business operations. Except in cases of provision to subcontractors selected through rigorous screening, or exclusions such as submitting information to assist government agencies (law enforcement etc.), we do not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individuals.

5.Management of Personal Information

To address the risks of unauthorized access to personal information, as well as loss, destruction, alteration, leakage, etc., we will implement reasonable security measures. We will continuously improve our personal information security system, injecting resources that align with the realistic trajectory of the business.

6.Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

We will promptly respond to requests from customers, job applicants, and employees for disclosure, correction, deletion, etc., within a reasonable range upon request. Please contact the personal information inquiry desk.

7.Organization and Structure for Personal Information Protection

Under the personal information protection manager, we rigorously manage personal information, appointing education managers, contact point managers, document management managers, and others.

8.Purpose of Collecting Personal Information from Job Applicants

We limit the use of personal information to purposes such as contacting applicants for job interviews and hiring, creating participant lists for explanatory meetings and selection sessions.

9.Purpose of Collecting Employee Personal Information

We limit the use of personal information for the following purposes:
