Our winding technology accommodates various shapes such as single coils, double coils, skip winding, and close winding. Please feel free to consult us regarding sizes and applications like springs.

Coil wire diameters from Φ7μ (0.007mm) to 0.7mm can be processed (actual values). We can handle materials including Tungsten (W) and Molybdenum (Mo), as well as Titanium (Ti) and Platinum (Pt).

The YAG laser we use generally struggles with welding metals like copper and brass. However, our expertise allows us to weld these metals as well. We can accommodate various material shapes such as flat plates and pipes with rods, so please consult us.

Our welding process can handle sizes down to micron units. The spot diameter of the laser light can be narrowed down to a minimum of Φ0.9mm with the optical system of the emission unit.

We strive for prompt responses, but delivery typically takes between 1 week to 1 month. This may vary depending on the content of the prototype, and as such will be discussed upon contract agreement.
